Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of hosting services. As such, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer expressly waives any right of withdrawal.

DISPUTES AND MEDIATION:

After contacting the hotel’s sales department and management, and if no satisfactory response is received within one month, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose link is provided below
